At Restronp, we want you to be happy with our restaurant management system designed for businesses in Nepal. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for our services.

2. Subscription Refunds

Here's how we handle refunds for subscriptions for restaurants in Nepal:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New users can get a full refund within 14 days if you're not satisfied with our restaurant management system.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: No partial refunds. You can cancel, and your subscription will stop after the current billing period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within 30 days, you may get a partial refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.
  • Enterprise Plans: Refunds for larger restaurant chains in Nepal are handled individually as agreed in your contract.

3. Conditions for Refund

We offer refunds to restaurants in Nepal in these cases:

  • Unexpected service downtime not planned by us that affects your restaurant operations.
  • Major bugs that stop the restaurant management system from working properly.
  • We don't deliver a promised feature that was essential to your restaurant operations.
  • You were charged twice or had billing issues with your Nepali payment method.

We may decline refund requests that don't meet these conditions.

4. Non-Refundable Items

You can't get a refund for:

  • Setup fees or one-time onboarding charges for your restaurant in Nepal.
  • Custom features or integrations we've already made for your specific restaurant needs.
  • Training sessions we've already provided to your restaurant staff.
  • Completed data imports or migrations from your previous restaurant system.
  • Any services requested after the refund time limit.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you want a refund for your restaurant in Nepal, do the following:

  1. Send an email to restronp@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request - [Your Restaurant Name]".
  2. Share the email you used for your account and your restaurant's name and location in Nepal.
  3. Explain clearly why you're asking for a refund.
  4. Add any files or screenshots that support your request.

Our Nepal-based support team will get back to you within 5 working days.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • We'll refund through the same payment method if possible (Nepali bank accounts, eSewa, Khalti, etc.).
  • Card refunds take 5–10 working days to process through Nepali banks.
  • Bank transfers to Nepali accounts can take up to 14 working days.
  • If you used other methods, we'll contact you to arrange the refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by contacting our Kathmandu office. When you cancel:

  • You'll still have access until the current billing period ends.
  • We won't charge you after that.
  • Cancel before the next billing date to avoid another charge.
  • We might keep your restaurant data for a short time as per our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We can update this policy anytime. Changes apply immediately when posted. We'll highlight important changes at the top.
