  • "Service" refers to the Restronp restaurant management software, including POS, KOT, and inventory features.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity in Nepal using the Service.
  • "Account" refers to the credentials used to access the Service.
  • "Content" refers to data generated or provided on the Service, such as menu items or orders.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account for your Kathmandu or Nepal restaurant. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.

4. Access and Usage

Restronp provides a no-cost restaurant management software for Nepal businesses. You may access features like POS and KOT, subject to these Terms. Unauthorized use may lead to account termination.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the Service lawfully and avoid activities that harm, exploit, or infringe on others. Users must comply with Nepal’s laws and regulations, including those applicable to Kathmandu restaurants.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at restronp@gmail.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Nepal’s laws. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from Service use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kathmandu courts.
